In this series of photographs, the artist investigates the relationship between man and nature through a oneiric vision. This ratio is expressed through the reuse of analog instruments, trying to confer them a contemporary function.
The choice of using marine fauna is not accidental but rather indicates the precise intention to represent a return to the origins, water, and marine life being used as primordial elements. The marine fauna seems to fuse with human bodies creating new organic forms. Faces are deliberately avoided, and bodies remain androgynous- asexual in a sense. The projections of fish, mollusks, and shellfish are obtained with the use of an episcope.
